Refund Policy
Sarine’s Beauty Salon is committed to providing high-quality beauty services and ensuring a positive experience for every client. As a service-based business, our policies are designed to protect both our clients and our staff while keeping our standards of professionalism and care.

Service Refunds

Because beauty and personal care services cannot be returned once performed, we do not offer refunds for completed services. However, client satisfaction is extremely important to us. If you are unhappy with your service, please notify us within 48 hours so we can assess the situation and offer an appropriate solution, which may include:

A complimentary fix or adjustment

A discounted redo (when applicable)

Alternative resolution at management’s discretion
Requests made after 48 hours may not qualify for service corrections.

Product Refunds
For retail items purchased in-store:

Unopened and unused products may be returned within 7 days of purchase with receipt.

Opened, used, or damaged products are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety standards.

If a product is defective, we will exchange it for the same item.
Gift Cards & Promotions

All gift card sales are final and non-refundable.

Promotional packages, special offers, or discounted services cannot be refunded or partially refunded.
Appointment Deposits
Some services may require a deposit to secure an appointment.
Deposits are:

Non-refundable

Applied to the final service cost at the time of the appointment

Forfeited if you cancel outside the allowed cancellation window or do not show up for your appointment

Late Arrivals

Arriving late reduces the time needed to complete your service with excellence. If you arrive so late that your service cannot be completed, the appointment may need to be rescheduled and the deposit may be forfeited.
